I am attempting to put a new wire harness in a 69 mach1 and was wondering if anyone could help me with 2 wires go. Both are single wires, one is a bright green and the other is light blue with a red tracer, both have rubber boots in the end

Interior? Or engine bay? Are the boots round or flat blade type? I'm going to guess interior and say the Lt Blue with red is backlighting for you gauge panel and goes from the headlight switch to the gauge panel lighting. If the green has a flat boot then it probably goes to the wiper motor?
Horse sense will probably know this and I'm sure will be able to tell you for sure.

Chances are that the BLU/RED is for the optional underhood lamp and the GREEN is the windshield washer pump.
