I have a 1970 Ford Mustang 302 all stock or OEM. It is in pretty good condition (about 40,000 original miles), but I am having some electrical problems. I had given up on it two years ago, but I have decided to uncover her from the garage and try to fix her. Heres the problem:
1. The battery doesnt stay charged and you have to manually charge it when you get out of the car if you want it to run when you get back. After that it will run for about 45 minutes until the battery dies, and then you start over again.
2. I have replaced the following:
a. Battery and Alternator (multiple times)
b. The Plugs, Wires and such
c. Regular maintanence stuff
I dont know if anyone knows whats up or can help but whoever solves it gets $40.00 from me.
Thanks...
