1972 Ford Mustang Olympic Sprint Edition – coupe model - White, Blue and Red.

Data Plate: 65D 9A HB 06/72 75 2 X.
Engine (original and matching #s): 351-2V.
Brief History: This Sprint was scheduled to be built in June,1972, but actually built in May, 1972, in at the Dearborn plaint, one of 735 coupes with the Package B (Competition Suspension, F60X15 Wide Oval Raised White Letter tires, and Magnum 500 Chrome Wheels); shipped to Phoenix District, Frontier Ford, Albuquerque, and sold to the first owner in June 1972. The second owner/family purchased in 1976, owned for 30 years, and was garage kept the entire time. Then we purchased in the original, unrestored condition. We have since restored, garage kept & covered.
Restoration: We gave this Sprint a complete tune up, just short of pulling the engine; new gas tank and fuel lines; new pipes and mufflers; new seat foam, reproduction seat covers, blue carpet and floor mats; and complete new paint, pin stripping and decals. We located the original Build Sheet under the old carpet, and have other documention on this Sprint. It is a very good driver.
Very little left to be done - just detailing work.
We have drove this Sprint to many car events in Alabama and Tennessee, with no problems, and will continue to cruise to car events as long as we own it.

Out of 125,813 Mustangs in 1972, only 9,383 were Sprints. 50 Convertibles, 3,086 Sportsroofs, and 6,247 Coupes. Only 735 Coupes came with the B Package, and this is one of those 735.
Would like $20,000. We will seriously consider all offers, and will work with any interested parties.
