Fuel 1990 gt

I have a 1990 fox body 5spd with a trick flow intake it will fire and run form10-15 seconds then dies or if it starts and you give it some gas it dies like it's not receiving enough fuel pressure, it has a new fuel pump and relay, inertia switch. What could this problem be?
