Thought I'd get this started and hand it off to another Giant fan, 1990coupe.

What do you folks think about the Redskins giving up their 1st round pick in 2012,2013,2014 and the 2nd rounder to the Rams to move up to #2 and grab RG3?

If RG3 becomes a franchise/outstanding QB it will be worth it.
If the Skins have to give up draft pick(s) for the Bountygate scandal, this deal they quickly made with the Rams could be squashed.

I'm glad it was the Skins and not the Browns.....everyone was so gung ho about the browns dealing that trade....Browns have way to many holes to fill to lose three first round picks.

also, the last time there was a QB taking 1 and 2 in the draft, back in 1999......Tim Couch was taking #1 by the browns and McNabb #2 by eagles........we see who got the better outcome there

I think the Browns should have made that deal. They had the picks. Sometimes when you have the chance to get a possible franchise QB, you have to take it.

I don't think it is so much the bounties is it is the lack of doing anything about it when the NFL told them to make sure it isn't happening.

Personally, (my opinion) I think it is because of these "player safety" issues. It's all a front by Goodell and his Gestapo. (*puts on tinfoil fleur de lis shaped hat*)

IMO, Sean Payton is a pompous ass. Glad he has to pay for his sins. What Williams and he did were really rotten and could have ended the careers of a lot of players. (This is just my opinion.)
