OK...First off the car will not start. I have spark. The fuel pumpeither does not run when the start switch is on or it runs continously instead of the momentary few seconds for priming. I located the fuel pump relay under the MAF sensor and swopped it for the WOT cut out relay beside it as they are the same part number relay to no avail. What in the system controls the momentary priming function to cut the pump out after priming? Is this in the Power Train Control Module (computer) or incorporated somewhere else? Also could the PCM power relay be suspect? Any help would be appreciated so that I may properly trouble shoot this problem with out "shotgunning" this problem and throwing parts at it. I am a professional aircraft mechanic by trade but I have no maintenance procedures at hand to assist me in how to go with this except a very basic wiring diagram.
