Yes it is. The spacer is no longer included. It does with the vacuum/pcv lines that initially came in the kit. The correct bolts and an upper to lower gasket.

What spacer was there. Didn't see one in the photos. So I'm no where near NJ but if you wanna sell and ship I'm game
