Check this site out peeps. Someone on Ebay is trying to sell this for $17,300!! Granted, it's probably the cleanest Notch in the world.

It is exceptionally clean, but no one will buy it for that price unless they're retarded.

I would say it's worth it at that price. Very few new cars can match the performance for that price... And thats just it, it is still a new car, allbe it an 11 year old new car but a new car none the less. It's the kind of car that caters to a different crowd. Not your typical gear banging grease monkey per say.

the 93 I just got for 3500 is just as clean , seriously only 92 K miles and new clutch , one small place in drivers seat and some vacuuming and the inside would be just ask clean ...... I wiped down the door jams and stuff and mine looks brand new ........ no leaks anywhere under the hood not even the intake or valve covers .... I was so surprised ..... he might get 8000 for it if hes lucky

I have to admit that he did an excellent job of keeping the car in showroom condition. I don't think that I would give him any more than 10 grand for the car though.

For $17k you could buy a decently clean 2.3 notch, strip it to the metal, completely refinish everything, buy an entirely new interior/V8/tranny, put it all back together, and have a super clean car that you've had the chance to put your personality into. It'd be cool to have an 800-mile Fox, but for the money, I'd build the car myself.

For that money and no warrenty I'd want a heck of alot more HP than stock! as stated above if some idiot smacks into me the insurance is gonna hand me$4000????? I'd rather buy all new parts that are at least have a warrenty than no miles sitting there for 10 years.....that's just my take though?

SPEED FREAK is right. This car is different than the average one. Performance Autosport had two coupes a couple months back, both with around 10k on them. Both had bids up to about $16k. It's a collector car, not the kind you would buy to do pretty much anything else with. And anyone who says their interior is as clean as that one, believe me, the pictures aren't doing any justice. The condition of the driver's seat tells it all. I'm sure that cars have gone cheaper at Barret Jackson, but people don't go there to buy these cars. In the end, a car is worth whatever someone is willing to pay for it.

call it overpriced or whatever...its a beautiful car.....its owners like that guy that will have fine specimens of fox bodys stangs many years from now in mint condition. just like the owners of shelbys, hemi cudas, daytona chargers, etc.....and in my opinion the fox body 5 liter will go down in history right next to those cars.while alot of our cars may end up in junkyards stangs like this will be great to see in 20-30 years
