Interior and Upholstery 1993 rear seat belt bolts won't come out

I can't get the bolts out. I've tried everything including 50t torx bits. I've gone through 5 torx bits, I've tried heat, drilling them out and trying to use bolt extractors. I've broken drill bits and bolt extractors in them now. Any help would be awsome.

What's the underside look like?

Those bolts pass through the floor of the car and are exposed on the underside to the elements. As a result they can rust and corrode. Might need to whiz the threads and apply heat and penetrating fluid from the bottom and then try to remove...however I can see one bolt you've tried to drill.

I have two stuck bolts myself...which is one reason why my car has a full black interior swap, and still had red rear lap belts. Can't get the two side bolts out.

I agree. They look fine.

I gave up on trying to take mine off when all I would do is break the torx bit. Haven't resorted to drilling them out.

Thank you for trying. I really have no choice on trying to get them out, the seat belts were cut from them so I need them out to replace the seat belts.

Here's a suggestion, grab the bolt from the bottom (underneath the car) with a pair of good vice grips, move it back and forth a small amount, if possible apply heat.
Tapping it with a hammer can help too.

Ok i figured I would let you know i got the full bolt out. I heated it for 2 minutes with a torch and then spray it with freeze off and put my impact to it and it came right out. I figured mayne you could try it to get the red seat belts out if you wanted. The heating and supercooling caused the metal to expand and contract really fast breaking what ever was holding it in. Now i just need to figure out how to drill the broken one out.
