well if you are referring to a 94 mustang 2v, then no it wont work. the 94-95 mustang uses a 5.0 (pushrod) motor. but if the 2v is from a towncar/grand marquis i think it should work.
If I am not mistaken, the ealier blocks are not as refined as the newer blocks, less NVH developlment work, and a few other things that where improved over the years like oil passages and cooling things.
Yeah, it's crazy to think that the 1991 Town Car came out with the 4.6L engine....91!!!! Mustang didn't see it til 96. I'm surprised they didn't bring it ou in 1994 with the new body.
