1995 GT Mustang MS2 Surging Idle

Hey Guys, it's been awhile since I've been on here. Late last summer My car got to the point it would not idle once it was warmed up. I noticed fuel pressure was dropping, which led me to find a vacuum leak on my 8-10 year old Holley adj. FPR. I have a BBK SSI intake and Fuel Rails on my car, which led to my dragging of my feet to replace the FPR due to concerns of creating a fuel leak with the BBK setup. I finally put a SVE adj. FPR on and have no fuel leaks. Before with the Holly FPR i was only able to get like 38 psi out of it. I have installed the new FPR and have it set for 40 psi at idle. I have recalibrated the TPS and run autotune. The idle has gotten better, but if I rev the engine, it wants to stall and hunt by overshooting and under shooting.I can keep it alive by the throttle and it will idle. But the car is un-drivable like that. If anyone can give me a hand here it would be greatly appreciated. Also, does anyone know of anyone offering tuning training, I would be willing to pay, obviously. I would just like to have a better understanding of what is going on, especially at idle. I understand how the IAC system works and all, just not how to adjust it for the MS2. I'll include a copy of my latest tune, and I have'nt recently logged any data, but I can if need or wanted. Thanks.
