Whenever I give the car gas it has a humming/hissing noise coming from the passenger side of the car. I know I don't have an exhaust leak and I checked for vacuum leaks and did not find one. The car idles very high on cold start around 1500 rpm it will drop back down once I start driving but while I am driving it feels like I have a big lose of power. What else should I check for? It sounds like an vacuum leak but I cannot locate it

Check the air intake if your stock air intake is still on there could have a tear in the boot

Clean your Idle air control valve or get a new one. Also it prob wouldnt hurt to change out the fuel filter.

What dtc codes are you getting? Run a fuel pressure test. You could have a weak fuel pump. A mis functioning tps switch will cause rough acceleration. As a rule idle air control valve causes stumbling, dying engine. Like I said run codes. How many miles on motor?

Usually when vehicle idles high, it's a lean condition. Computer is trying to compensate. Keep us posted.
