I am in the process of a 2.3T swap and was wondering can i use my stock radiator? or do i need a bigger one. Also does my engine need to be intercooled? and if its not will there be a big difference in power?

You don't "need" to be intercooled, nor do you need a different radiator. I'm now running one that is smaller than stock with no problems.

An intercooler doesn't "add" power, it simply allows you to run more boost without detonating...this in turn allows you to make more power.

lol it was an accident. So it would be smart to be intercooled? what the chance of detonation, i really wouldnt want that to happen. I dont plan on messin with the boost or anything.

Well, I'm currently not using an intercooler on the 91 (sold the tubing) and where I used to be able to run 21psi on 91 octane, now I can only run about 11psi on 91 octane without detonating.
