I'll try not to write a book here...basically I totally redid my mustang, total engine redo, total transmission redo etc etc, 1988 GT, 306, T-5,Centerforce DF, world heads, cobra upper/lower, e-cam, msd 6al, headers, h-pipe etc etc, it is almost together, origiannly the factory fuel rails were ****, dented up leaky crap, I pitched them. Got new billet tails supposedly designed for mustangs, however there is no way to use them as is. The driver side rail fits only if plugged, as soon as any fitting is installed, its runs right into the distributor. Possibly I'm ignorant but I see no way to have a proper return and crossover with only 3 out of 4 holes available. How do I get around this? Do I need to scrounge up a set of factory rails again or is there a work-around/differentset of rails that work? Thats problem #1.
Problem #2 is somewhat embarrassing, I forget to install the little pigtail(reverse lights maybe) that goes on top of the tranny on the drivers side, managed to act like an octopuss and got it hand tight(that was hard let me tell you) without yanking the tranny again. Is that ok or am I going to have a leak? I have no lift so I'm hoping I don't have to yank engine/tranny again(I originally installed engine and tranny separate, I'll never do that again. Thanks
hope you guys have some ideas for me.

what size injectors are u running 19's 24s? if 24 (to be safe but i'm sure people run 30-42lb'rs) or under you could run a stock fuel rail for the time being.

what brand aftermarket rails are they? where did u get them?

i don't have a t-5 but is it possible to remove the shifter and get down in there?

perhaps you can just lower the tranny mout on a jack to give yourself a little more room to reach.

I am running 24s but as I paid good money for these rails, I hoped to use them, they are I think professional products 5.0 rails, I got them at a local shop, they are like these,

I did note that one rail has a extra hole on the bottom in the middle, maybe thats for this reason?

Shifter on a t-5 is in the rear, I'm working in the front.

yes undo the headers from h-pipe or x-pipe. You will probably have to remove the h-pipe anyways. Also if you run a clutch fan still remove it so it doesn't take out your rad.
