2 ?'s about stroker kits

on all 302 stroker kits does the block have to be cleranced and on a external ballanced kit where a ballencer and flex plate is included for a auto car can i use the kits ballencer and my stock flywheel on my t5?

331 and 347 kits need a 28 oz balancer and flywheel stock is a 50 oz and will not work

Most 331 and 347 kits will need minor notching in the cylinders. While you could balance a cast crank stroker kit to 50oz and retain your factory items it is not ideal since you have to remove a lot of material from the crank. They are based around going 28oz, which means a new balancer and flywheel.

the flywheel has to be 28oz too?

Yes, the balancer and flywheel/flexplate must be the same imbalance.
