What are the options for aftermarket valve covers? I'd like some for my Saleen to get rid of the plastic look. The only ones I've seen are the BBK ones.

A lot of people paint the stockers, you can actually make them look pretty nice.

My family has a machine shop. Think there would be a market for some aluminum ones? I could do billet CNC but they'd be very expensive. Casting and then machining is also an option but I'd have to figure out the casting part. At school we did it but its very time consuming. Obviously though school is set up to learn, not mass produce.

BBK aluminum valve covers are okay, a little too busy for my tastes. I really like my Team Breed valve covers.

I got mine from Snkypete Racing - http://www.snkypete.com

I believe Team Breed can do custom valve covers. If you want it to say saleen, they may* be able to do that for you.

Yeah Team Breed can etch custom logos into the valve covers for you for an extra charge. The running pony like I have is no extra charge. There's only a few things they can't etch for you due to trademarks/copyrights.

nobody makes a pretty replacement master-cylinder for the modern Stang....so...the stocker is cast aluminum which means you can polish it up

got an aluminum fabricator working on a little plan for that brake fluid reservoir as well

and a few other little things....minor details but should look nice
