2000 Mustang PATS - Broken Key and Wire - HELP!

PLEASE SOMEONE WHO KNOWS ABOUT 2000 FORD MUSTANG ...WHEN I GOT IT the chip out of the key was taped above the ignition and it was going with no problem than someone broke the chip ..than of course I done lost it now ..I tried to get another key but the obd2 had a cut wire so it wouldn't communicate with the A-1 locking computer..so I did get the purple wire back connected and still won't communicate I check the fuses still nothing..the theft is still blinking fast ..can someone please help me figure out how to get it to communicate with locking people so I can drive my car PLEASE ....thanks everyone

While I have absolutely no experience in this arena, Google revealed this link that provides a solution. A locksmith may be able to help you out though, it seems that they'd be my first call.

@Laree Taylor What engine and transmission is in your 2000 Mustang?

You can program keys using Forscan or a NGS
Easier to call the locksmith
Get 2 or 3 keys from a Ford dealer first and have the locksmith program them all at once

This is what you need to do it the Ford service manual way for your 2000
