2001 Cobra exhaust question

I have a 2001 Cobra that is completely stock. I am unsatisfied with the way the exhaust sounds, it doesn't sound like a cobra should. I want to put the new flowmaster "super 44's" in place of my stock mufflers. Could anyone tell me exactly what size I would need for my stock cobra exhaust? Thank you!
