2001 Synthetic Recommendations

I am looking at 30k miles and am thinking about changing the trans and diff to synthetic oil. Is it worth it and what do you recommend.

synthetics are always better than mineral based oils. i would change to synthetic even in a brand new car. there simply is no downside. i would go with royal purple personally.

I've been running Red Line in mine since break in. It always gave great service in the race cars. It's a little harder to find than the purple stuff.
