I am looking to upgrade the fan on my 2003 Cobra. Any recommendations, I was thinking of going with a Spal dual 11" Fan. The specs on this fan seem good. Any feed back would be greatly appreciated.

What's wrong with the stock fans? I was unaware they were inadequate in some way? If you're looking for better cooling on an 03/04 Cobra your money is better spent elsewhere like upgrading your cooling system with components from Evans. Better radiator, thermostat housing, thermostat, etc...

The temp starts to rise when I am on the streets with the A/C. But when I'm on the freeway everthing else is fine.

Common problem with some of the 03/04's. Some of these cars just run hotter than others, especially when the A/C is on. Do you have any mods done to the car? Do you have a tune in it, or a handheld tuner? The stock ECM calibration can be changed so that the fans come on sooner which does help in some cases. You can also look at a new thermostat from Evans cooling...

The fan is fine, the radiators are not the best. I dropped 20deg just doing a radiator running water and water wetter. Get a nice LFP or Fluidyne. Also are you reading the stock gauge or are you reading a real temp gauge.
