Electrical 2003 Cobra Rear View Mirror?????

[99 FLA PONY GT]

Figured since I got the 2003 Cobra door mirrors....yet to be installed, will the '03 Cobra rearview mirror with the built in compass work on my GT? How does all that get plugged in and work....my GT has a regular rearview, nothing fancy.......would like to upgrade to the compass mirror if possible?
What am I looking at in terms of compatability and cost?

Thanks in advance.
