2003 GT Strut Mounting Kit Part Locations?

The bump stop (not shown) goes on top of that. Part "C" goes on top of the strut shaft.

Next starting from the engine compartment, turn part "D" over. Insert sleeve into part "B". Insert part "B" into "D".

Cap part "B" with part "A" (turn over). Put a nut on it.

I think the picture should get you 90% there without any help from me anyway.

IMO, you are making this harder than it really is.

Put the bump stop on the strut. Part "C" will be on top.

Take the part with with the bolts in it. Take the bolts out. But that on bottom of the strut towers.

Take the top plate and fit it on the studs. Follow the picture sent (picture of left strut taken from the front of the car).

Put the sleeve inside part "B". Mount the strut as normal. The top of the strut will poke through the towers.

Put "B" on the strut shaft. Put part "A" on next (cup down). Nut last.

I can not take a picture of my bump stop without taking things apart.

I have done these things several times. For the life of me, I can't remember everything in absolute detail. I think there should be an outer plastic sleeve below (or attached to) part "C". Some lowering kits call for modification to the bump stops due to the reduced travel available to the strut.

Note, size is hard to figure on some pictures. If "B" is too small to hold the top of the strut, then it is actually the bump stop. Which then means you are missing the rubber piece that fits right under part "A".
