Resolved 2004 Mach 1 WOT fuel/spark issue?

There is a ground to the ECU I have taken that off before and cleaned it, also, you could try this.

Try disconnecting the negative battery terminal for 2-4 hours then letting the car do a full re learn. Don't mess with any adjustment screws or idle screws.
The ground is good, I double verified after your comment. Reads less than an ohm. I have tried leaving the battery disconnected for days at a time before. No change. I disconnected the gauge cluster to rule out the gauge cluster possibly having some sort of short (I have PATS deleted so it will still run) and watched the RPM through my SCT X4. Still had the same rev limiter problem when it hit 5k. I think I am now dead set on a new PCM.
