My '06 GT on order went up $20.00 over an identically equipped '05. I can live with that.

The "V6 Standard" model, which is just a V6 Deluxe with steel wheels and the "Pony Package" option, and new colors are the only changes to the V6.

No they don't.
New wheel options (with softer suspension).
New color choices.
Pony Package for V6.
Possible darker IUP dash panel later in the MY.

No tire pressure monitoring system.

It says on the fleet ford website that they do get TPMS. Is that just a misprint?

https://www.fleet.ford.com/showroom/2006fleetshowroom/2006-mustang.asp

"Integrated Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) comes standard on all 2006 Mustangs "

No it is not a misprint. It is on the car.

Have to show me some proof first since every '06 owner says it's not.

Well you're right. It IS on page 9 of MY manual... Oh wait. I have an '05. That's probably in ALL the Ford owner's manuals.

Doesn't help.

Also, on page 65 of the '05 manual it says the Global Window feature is offered. Guess what? In cars built after April 2005, you can't get it.

Sorry. You can't always trust the owner's manual. The TPMS is not on the '06 Mustang at this time.

Why do you care so much if you have an 05? 06 envy? They are the same car you know.

I think the only changes on the 06 GT models are interior really.... adjustable seatbelts, 6way auto drivers seat adjust etc... nothing major.
