My first official post - I believe it falls under Electrical as the gas pedal has no cable or linkage whatsoever - that was a shock. The gas pedal seems smooth when I work it by hand but when I accelerate from a stop the car surges, sort of like an un-lubricated cable or sloppy linkage. I was going to take a risk and spray WD40 up there but since it is clearly electronic I didn't want to short-out anything. Is this a common problem? Have any of you experienced the same issue? Cheers.
