The Sacred Heart Parish of Erie, PA will be raffling off a 2010 Stage3 Roush Mustang for charity. Ticket prices for the raffle start at 1 for $10, and work their way up to 120 for $300. If you win, you get a car valued at over $60,000. If you lose, well, you still help a great cause.
