Has anyone on here installed a set of the new 5.0 Badge? I ordered a set, How do I get the old 5.0 badge up and clean up under it before I install the new ones? Any ideas?

a hair dryer/ heat gun and some fishing string will take the old one off. i believe you have to cut the studs off of the new badges to put them on a fox.

that and theyre too big and look goofy

How did you go about getting the stock badge off? And cleaning the old gunk off?

I didn't think I'd like it, but I think it actually looks pretty good on the old Fox.

Now....lets see what the retro badges look like on the 2011 GT.

I like the new ones now.

To take the old ones off....wd40 and fishing line. Saw slowly and use the wd to cool it. Then some goo gone to take the adhesive off.

You need to trim the tabs off the new emblems. You don't need to get an emblem from each side since younarenchopping the tabs off anyway

+1000 Old School looks better, new ones seem out of place.
