I have a problem with my brakes where as I am stopping (easy braking) and easing pressure off the pedal, I feel a little brake slip. A mechanic I know suggested that it might be a problem with the ABS system and that the hydraulic control unit might be pulling fluid pressure from one or more or the rotors. I was thinking that if that was it, I could pull the ABS fuses and drive it that way to tell if it was an electrical ABS malfunction. That should work right? I mean the brakes would just function like non-ABS brakes wouldn't they?
