302 5.0L Swap?

Hey I'm new to the board and to 4-cyl mustangs. I've got a 93 GT and a 93 LX Coupe 4-cyl. I know you guys will probably try to talk me out of wanting to swap a 5.0L in my 4-cyl car, but I was just wondering if anyone has come accross any good information on the internet about this swap. If you've got ANY info at all, please let me know! Thanks!

Theres TONS of info out there, try using the "search" tool on the forums, use any search engine like google ect... and search for v8 swap... if u can't find it, ur not looking hard enough! BTW welcome to the board

Welcome to the board, check out the 5.0 section, they may have somethng that can help you out. If you are not worried about gas mileage then go for it, a lot of the guys start out looking at a 5.0 swap and then decide t come to the darkside instead and toss in a 2.3T engine. Good Luck.


Btw look at www.projecthp.ford23.com and see if you really dont want to do a Turbo Swap.
