Currently doing 3.8 to old school 302 with carb swap in my 2001 mustang. How do I use my factory gauges or do I need to plan on buying individual gauges and fabricating an instrument panel.

I would buy individual gauges personally. More reliable than the mostly "dummy" gauges ford used forever.

If you're set on making the original gauges work, there should be a way; the ECU does modify a few things, but in general, they respond to signals from specific senders. But, there is an off the shelf bezel for Autometer gauges and such available too, which would likely be easier. 1994-04 Mustang Classic Dash Instrument Panel
