well my uncle is giving me this old f150 and its... junk, it just doesnt know it cause it runs. It has a 302 in it and I got the whole thing. I plan on putting in a 5 speed one day, but id like to get a manual in there. I got a auto right now and I dont really care what kind but at the same time I dont wanna do all the work just to find out its not the best out there. Im getting REAL sick of pulling auto transmissions... they are too bloody heavy.

They may be referring to it being as a "zf" transmission, which is indeed a stump puller. If that's what you have, sell it to a bronco/f150 guy, that's NOT what you want, your mustang will drive like a dumptruck, and that's even if you can figure out how to mount it in your stang.

the other trans used in f150's/bronco's are the m50d, a mazda 5 speed, still not what you want. Move on, sell the parts to truck people imo. fyi, the engine too, is a non ho engine, likely flat tappet.
