Okay, I'm planning on installing a crate motor 331ci into my '65 Mustang. I have already replaced my C-4 trans with an A.O.D. trans- however, I'm concerned with other things I might have to change that I am not aware of. For instance, does anybody know of a shop in Los Angeles that sells/makes custom brackets as I'm pretty sure that my current belts/brackets will no longer work with the new motor. Come to to think of it, what other mounts, brackets,etc. will I have to change or modify to make this install work? Is this engine suitable as a daily driver as opposed to just rebuilding the 289 I already have? - G -
