i wanna know if i should buy a eagle 347 kit and a stock 5.0 block the has been bored and everything for $1400 plus shipping?

dont sound bad. i believe that the stroker kit cost more then that if im correct

NO you should NOT. You have NO clue if those pistons will fit the "bore". Why would you do this?

yea, chp has a kit for like 900 bucks. But id would take a stock 302 block to a machine shop and have them either piece together a good kit, or buy the kit and engine take it to them and let them machine the block. You can get a 302 long block for like 50-100 bucks. dont "save yourself the trouble" of having the block done.
