The HO 302 uses the 351W fire order...to my knowledge all the 351's are the same firing order (no HO versions).
There are cams that will work better with EFI or better with a Carb, but it's really more along the lines of some cams don't work well with EFI. It's really all in the tune anyways. You'll use the same cam that you'd use for a 302 HO.
