Nobody is making a plug and play replacement wiring harness for our cars yet. You can get universal harnesses from Painless and other sources.
If you want a used replacement try Ebay, that's where I got my tach harness last year. It helps if you're not in a hurry and can wait for a deal. I got mine for $100.00 in very good condition, much better than the non-tach one I took out.

To tell you the truth I don't know how hard it is because I didn't do the MSD install, I suck at electrical and wiring. The shop that did said it wasn't a problem, but if you're running a factory tach you will need to get the tach adapter that MSD sells.
As to changing over the wiring harness, that was easy, once you remove all of the instrument panel, center stack, etc....
