Hi guys, I'm converting my 351w to serpentine and need a reverse rotation water pump.
I was going to get an Edelbrock pump but there is no 351w reverse pump in the listing.
Does anyone know a pump that will fit my application?

You need one for an 87-97 F150. Or really any 85-93 302/5.0 reverse rotation pump, but you'll also need the timing cover as well. The coolant ports are reversed too. Another possiblity is a 79-84? Mustang 5.0 pump, these used a reverse rotation pump but the std timing cover, sometime in the 80's Ford revised the timing cover coolant ports to improvew the flow.

My 90 F150 uses standard rotation. The serpentine is routed differently.
I had to use my stock cover and pump when I installed a car engine in the truck.
They were totally different.
I think it's only reverse on cars.
F150 only went to 95 with the SBF.

D is right though about any reverse rotation SBF pump AND timing cover working on a 351w. Easy stuff to find.

My 95 E150 had a reverse pump, and all others (E & F series) I've seen were as well. Could be the 90 was at or near the switch in front accessory drive. The F150's had the 302 and 351 till 96 and a few stragglers into 97. The E series were into 97's for sure with both. The full size Ford/Lincoln /Merc's had std rotation stuff till the end in 91.

Gotta nitpik!
The F150 only went to 95.
For some silly reason, Ford brought out the new 97 F150s in 95.
The LD 250 was new too.
The HD 250 and F350 went to 97.
Those were available with 351s I would think... I'm a PSD man myself.

The bodys changed in 92, maybe they went RR then???

I've seen plenty of 96 F150's too, and not the 97 body style either. My Nephew had an 88 or 89 with a 5.0 and it too had a reverse rotation pump. I've looked the pumps up on both Autozone and Advance and the same pump fits 87-97 F150's with the 5.0 and the 5.8.

I'll have to check.
You know I'll feel like a real dolt if I got it backwards!!
I know the car engine and truck engine both had serpentine and one was rev and one was std.
That was a year ago.

Yea, the Big Ford/Lincoln/Mercs had a two belt system from about 86 to 91 using serpentine style belts. This is the system I used on my V8 Ranger and is the timing cover & waterpump on my Comet now. Std rotation for this. Different timing cover coolant ports vs the reverse rotation system. Basically the older timing cover but with no fuel pump bosses. The next earlier cover had the fuel pump boss but wasn't drilled, tapped or opened up in the center for the pump.
