I am trying to read the resource regarding the 3G alternator upgrade but it states I don't have permission to view the article? Am I missing something?

You have to post and that will get you approved, then you should have some access to other parts of the site.
You have been approved so you are now free to move about the site, just keep your eye on the 'SEATBELT' sign, when it lights up you must find a seat, close your mouth, and hang on.

Tip for @General karthief : When you see these threads that report the [User State], be sure to quote their message in order to send them an alert. The server created the thread and not the user so they don't have an alert as the OP.
