How often should this be changed? Also, any other suggestions for maintenance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Another Motorcraft is the best one to replace it with. If the coolant has never been flushed or drained/refilled now is a good time to do that also. Transmission fluid should be drained/refilled every 30k or so (auto and manual). Fuel filter every 30k.

Transmission fluid will be done when I do my clutch soon. Fuel filter I did a while back, but I'll probably do that again soon too. Thanks for the feedback.
