4 lug disk brake swap

Hi everyone I'm new to this forum and I have a few questions. I'm building a 1993 n/a hatch daily commuter with some mods done to it. My question is,I have a ford 8.8 that I took out of my 1993 gt that has been cut for c-clip eliminators that needs to be rebuilt, is there a way to use sn95 rear brakes but use 4 lug disks or is there a different way to do the swap I'm. Want to keep the 4 lug. Need help want to do the swap soon thanks for the input

I've seen those on late model but, I was just seeing if maybe there was a cheaper way to do the swap and I don't know If the cobra rear disk will work because of the axles being cut for c-clip eliminators. But thanks for the reply and I will be grateful for any info you have
