Which will be the faster car???? Both 5spd, both stock other than a 450rwhp supercharger and the other has a 150 shot?????? Which will be the faster car? I am deciding what route to go with?
For the supercharged application, 450 is typically rwhp (because the results are measured on a dyno). A 150 shot would produce comparatively less power due to drivetrain loss. I'm not sure what the difference in power curves would be though.
The blower would be noticably faster than a 150 shot of N2O. And, the blower is always on and available, while the N2O needs to be filled, warmed, and armed so you have to plan ahead before you use it. Also, the cost of N2O refills over time will eventually exceed the cost of the blower.
You say 450 RWHP on the supercharged car, the 150 shot will produced 450 HP at the crank, thats about 385 RWHP. Also N2O if pressure in the bottle is not good neither is you HP gain.
