Hey im doing a little project i have 2 complete cars 1989 Fox 4cyl and a 1990 Fox 8cyl. Im doing this project because my 1990 is rusting out every where and the 4 cyl is in really good shape and another reason it was a free car ill keep posting up on the progress with pictures! Let me know what you think about my idea thanks!

Sounds good and good that you have a donor car. Swap EVERYTHING that you can to make it a complete swap. Engine, trans, rear, harnesses, etc etc etc. Bring on the pics!

I had a 90GT that I totaled when I was 18 then I bought a 91 4 banger a year latter and started swapping everything over. It took a long time but I learned so much about the car in the process.

you can fix that rust man...easier than doing a correct 4cyl swap. as long as the rest of the car is in ok shape, throw some floorpans in it and save the swap work!

Don't listen to the other guys about just fixing the rust. Since you have a doner that right there just made your life way easier. When I did mine, the original owner of the GT butchered the harnesses so I had to go out digging. Once you finish the swap and get everything running properly you will feel very accomplished.
