This is on my list of future mods

B&M 81001 - B&M Hammer Shifters - Overview - SummitRacing.com

UPR also has some shifter balls if you're just looking to dress up the handle

Thanks.

Will be replacing the shifter most likely, but I don't know for sure yet. Getting the 4.6 and trans from a 96 GT and putting it into a 79 Pinto. (ok, quit laughing) Thinking I may need to move the shifter, but won't know until I get the stuff.

Is that B&M Hammer the only option? Wish this setup had a 5 speed instead, but I can't beat the price (free) and can't afford anything else right now. It's funny, I searched the summit site, and didn't find this. I use them alot since I live 10 minutes from them.

Wasn't really planning on putting a V8 of any sort in this car, but a friend offered the whole setup (computers, harnesses, fuel tank, dash, etc) to me and I figured why not give it a shot. It will definitely be different.
