Doing a 4 cylinder swap to a 5.0. Wanting to go with carb instead of fuel injected. Buying a weiland intake. Can I use any type of carb with it?

just make sure for example you have a square bore carb for a square bore intake or spread bore for spread bore...you can even buy an adapter to adapt one to the other

I don't mean this offensively, but it seems you don't know too much about carbs, and while it's not complicated to learn, you may want to get a little more knowledge under your belt before doing a conversion. any particular reason your going carb?

Many of my friends had suggested it. They said with the swap it will be easier and I will get more power.

Not as much more power, but simplicity. There's a lot of good info on here about carb set-ups and you may do a google search on how carbs work and you'll start to figure out which set-up is best for you. Good luck

A 5.0 swap is so easy and reliable with fuel inj. I thought about a carb for about 3 nano seconds after I decided not to do an SVO motor. Glad I didnt do it. I recommend not doing the carb and really reading up on the swap.
