Just gave Mike Murillo of Murillo Motorsports a visit in San antonio with my 92 Notch. He tuned and burned a custom chip for my car on the dyno. Here's my car specs, best dyno pull was at 340hp and 365 ft/lb at the wheels.

302 stock heads/cam GT-40 Intake upper/lower, vortech S-trim 8lb, Fender K&N CAI, 77mm Pro-M MAF, stock Throttlebody!?, mac longtube headers, mac catback exhaust, 3.73's, positrac rear, 30lb injectors, pro 5.0 short throw, 255 intake/inline fuel pumps, MSD ignition/boost retard, bbk aFPR

those are good numbers on a stock 5.0... i had a similar setup on my car 2 years ago.. stock 302 heads/cam, trick flow track heat intake, 75 pro M bullet maf, 70mm BBK tb, 42 lb injectors, 255 in tank, mac shorty headers, bassani x-pipe, mac pro dumps, procharger d-1sc w/intercooler 10lbs.. i made 382rwhp and 394rwftlbs.. LaRocca's tuned mine

Very nice #'s! I would love to make power like that. You might look into a bigger TB and see what u can do with that?

Yeah I'd say that throttle body is chocking you up pretty bad. Stock heads/intake here and I put 330rwhp with my S trim. (No torque numbers on the dyno sheet )

If i get a new TB, what size should i get? and do i need it re-tuned??

If you get a 65mm tb you should be fine.. i don't think you'd have to get it retuned but i could be wrong.. give the guys that tuned it a call and see what they say.. you may end up with some more power with a re-tune.. you may even want to get a 70mm in that case if you get it re-tuned

def a bigger TB at least a 70mm... but i don't know if you'll have to get it re-tuned... probably not
