technically no, but to the aftermarket ecu's that are on the market is kinda ridiculous when the factory 5.0 ecu's are so readily available and they're pretty much plug and play anyway.
holley makes one called the systemax but again it's a bit pricey for the whole setup, check ebay and the boneyards, even the cougars and tbirds should have what you're after. I've heard the hottest tuned of the ecu's is for the 5.0 with an automatic though.
