maximum motorsports sells a k member for that swap. so thats a starting point. just make sure you get the computer and complete harness with the 32v motor. you will probably have to change the fuel system a little bit since the 32v motors have a returnless fuel system if im not mistaken

You can put a carb on it if you want. Ive seen it done on turbomustangs.com. It looked badass, a combination of new and old...I forget who makes the manifold though..

96-97/early 98's had return style fuel systems. it would be easier imo to go with a 96/97 due to the harness on the 99-ups having alot more integrated body electronics, ie digi odo etc...

AJE sells k-members as well for a slightly lesser fee than MM.

if it were me i would buy a 96 cobra motor/trans/harness/accessories and put some mach 1 heads on it, sell the 96 heads/trans, get a t56, 4.10 gears and rock out with your **** out.

Well

Sullivan makes a intake for the 4.6 32v with fuel injection or setup for a carb.

I have a better idea, go from 5.0 to modular 5.0. Get a stroker for the 4.6, you can even do a 331 if you wanted. Make sure to do it with a blown 03-04 cobra setup and you will be untouchable. Not to mention everybody will lick your balls at every car show. Could be a good or a bad thing I guess. Depending on the company, or your sexual orientation.

Someone mentioned a 03 Cobra motor that sells for $5000, like it was expensive for something like that. IS it?
