Question: are the outside dimensions of the 5.0l the same as a 351W?
With shorty headers on a 5.0l, will shorty headers on a 351W exit in the same location? im wondering if i have to change my exhaust if i change to a 351W. Thanks.

You'll need a pair of 351w swap headers.

The deck height on a 351 is 1.1 inches taller thus requiring 351 specfic headers.

yes all you need is swap shorty headers and you can uses the rest of your car's factory exhaust.
