5.4L heads and block.....?

Yes the heads will fit on a 4.6. No point though, unless they are pi. Even if they are only really good for pre '99 Mod engines or for P&P work

i then abandoned in a parkenlot lol why i dont know . but could any of 4.6 people do anything with these parts??well more with the heads, if so ill take the head and see what i could do with them. buy the way the heads said 5.4L and were markes F7 for the year
