What is the big advantage over 5 lug to 4 (if any). Is it really worth it? I was thinking on doning a 5 lug rear disc swap. Is the stopping power that much better with 4 wheel disc? I have seen kits for the 4 lug drum/disc set up that is supposed to improve stopping power over stock (better pads, brake hoses, ect...). I know there is more wheel selections as well but I'm not worried about that. Any input would be great.

I think 5 lugs look so much better you could run Prostars or Bullits. It's just that most of the nicer wheels come in 5 lug(few in 4 lug). I guess they would be good for a car running eights........less chance of losing a wheel. Bascially just for looks. No advantage to stopping power with 5 lugs.

The main advatages are brake upgrades and better wheel choices as has been said.

Like said above many more rim choices. Also Steeda and I think a few other companies make a 4 lug rear drum to rotor conversion kit.

I am not sure, but I have never heard of them or seen them before. You can however buy upgraded rotors for 4-lug. That's all I know.

The best reason for 5-lug would be for brake options. And as said before, people do it for wheels too...
