That, unfortunately, is the new rapper style. I think it was the VMA's on MTV where Ludacris came out in one of them stupid looking things. Definitely looks like the limo from Viva La Bam...

On the other hand, my friend has an 83 Caprice with silver 20 inch California Wire wheels and a two-tone blue and silver paint job that looks sick as hell. I kinda like the "gangster" look, but definitely not the "hey lets be obnoxious and put a lift kit on a car and ride around like a 2500 Chevy truck"-look.

the worst part is that they are from where i live, raleigh, nc. While I have not seen that car in particular, there are plenty of stupid-asses here in older GM cars (early 80s-early 90s) riding around on at least 20" chrome wheels that jack the car up off the ground, it makes me want to blow up their cars.
